Structured Sessions, LLC works with organizational leaders to design and facilitate meetings, workshops, teambuilding sessions, and retreats. Facilitation can benefit non-profit organizations, religious groups, companies, associations—any entity that holds professional gatherings!

Our mission is to make meetings more purposeful, efficient, and engaging. We bring structure to complex discussions so teams can walk away with actionable next steps. Our experienced facilitators manage the process so leaders can focus on their work, knowing the meeting is in expert hands.

  • Strategic Planning

Guiding groups to envision an ideal end state and converge on next steps, creating an action plan.

  • Structured Brainstorming

Using tools of divergence (generating lots of ideas) and convergence (picking the best ones!).

  • Gathering Feedback

Soliciting focused, actionable input for organizations, keeping discussions productive.

  • Teambuilding & Collaboration

Ensuring each participant feels engaged‍ and ‍connected to others, and that time was well spent.

No two sessions are the same. After an initial consultation to learn about your goals, Structured Sessions will create a tailored agenda for your group, taking into account your organization’s size, culture, and group dynamics.

We have experience facilitating gatherings of all sizes, and primarily serve clients in the DC, Maryland, & Virginia region.
